Kushk-e Khaleseh-ye Bala (Persian: كوشك خالصه بالا)[a] is a village in Lajran Rural District[4] of the Central District in Garmsar County, Semnan province, Iran.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 692 in 200 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 729 people in 221 households.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 709 people in 232 households.[2]
