Kingston first appeared as a census designated place in the 2020 U.S. census.[7]
As of the 2020 census[8] there were 20 people, 42 households, and 33 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 93.90 inhabitants per square mile (36.25/km2). There were 9 housing units at an average density of 42.25 per square mile (16.31/km2). The racial makeup of the CDP was 95.00% White and 5.00% from two or more races.
