editIsadora made her league debut against Mixto on 9 September 2015.[1] She scored her first goal for the club against São Francisco EC on 13 September 2015, scoring in the 46th minute.[2]
Audax
editIsadora made her league debut against Foz Cataratas FC on 25 April 2018.[3] She scored her first goal for the club against Ponte Preta on 9 May 2018, scoring in the 80th minute.[4]
FC Gintra
editIsadora was the first Brazilian to play for Gintra.[5] She scored on her league debut against Kaunas Žalgiris on 22 August 2018, scoring in the 12th minute.[6] Isadora also played in the Baltic Women's Football League.[7] She left Gintra.[8]

editIsadora joined Flamengo.[15] She scored on her league debut against RB Bragantino on 3 August 2022, scoring in the 42nd minute.[16]
