Isa Aqil oglu Rustamov (İsa Aqil oğlu Rüstəmov; born 6 November 1999) is an Azerbaijani weightlifter who won the silver medal at the 2025 European Weightlifting Championships.[1]

Career
editSince 2016, Isa Rustamov has competed internationally in Olympic weightlifting events. In 2023, he made his senior world championship debut in the 67 kg category but failed to register a valid lift in the snatch discipline.
In February 2024, he competed at the 2024 European Weightlifting Championships in Sofia, Bulgaria, finishing fifth overall in the 67 kg category with a total of 299 kg. In December 2024, at the 2024 World Weightlifting Championships held in Manama, Bahrain, Rustamov competed in the 73 kg weight class and finished tenth overall with a total of 328 kg.[2]
At the 2025 European Weightlifting Championships in Chișinău, Moldova, Rustamov won the silver medal in the 67 kg category with a combined total of 308 kg. He placed first in the clean and jerk (170 kg) and third in the snatch (138 kg).[3][4][5]
