Guillermo Thomas Silva Coussan (born 30 December 2001) is a Uruguayan cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam XDS Astana Team.[2]

Silva won the second stage of the 2026 Giro d'Italia, making him the first Uruguayan to win a grand tour stage. As a result of his win he also took the pink jersey.[3] He finished third in the points classification.
