Svenska: Helfigur, stående, fas höger. Höger hand i sidan håller handskar, vänster hand håller plymagerad hatt och käpp. Röd dräkt med silvergaloner, värja.
Inskrift överst t.v: "Oberster leiltnant Lars Kagge NATVS ANNO 1597 FECIT Ao 1623".
I övre högra hörnet vapensköld med stråle.
