Note on Scientific Impact and Notability

Thank you again for your review. I have fully revised the draft to address notability concerns. I  am focusing this article on the technical and scientific impact of W.T. Moore's work in thermal imaging in TICM II programmes, digital signal processing and HUDs. While personal biographical details are limited, his patent record and work on compact thermal imaging for the TICM II programme shows a significant scientific contribution to these fields.

I have added independent verification with links to articles from F.J.J Clarke of National Physical Laboratory. A. P Campbell and D.B. Webb (RSRE), Alan H. Lettington’s  1984  article (University of Reading Professor; formerly of RSRE, and had collaborated with Moore before the latter’s death in 1990). Jane’s Defence and Forecast International references re military applications .Also significant patent examples. The references to the TICM II programme  and collaborations with RSRE and NPL demonstrate that Moore’s technical output was not just theoretical, but was integrated into standardised military and aerospace infrastructure.
