Complicated Corporate Structure

Beauty Pie appears to have a complicated ownership structure. It seems Marcia Kilgore "owned" the company via a nominee shareholder, Anne Mansbridge. Mansbridge appears as a person with significant control of many of Kilgore's companies. Mansbridge is perhaps an in-house lawyer / accountant for Rawlinson & Hunter LLP.

Beauty Pie now seems to be majority owned by a trust i.e. a company controlled by a group of people via lawyers, which seems to be registered in the Cayman Islands (I may misunderstand this). Avidusmortis (talk) 09:58, 16 October 2025 (UTC)Reply
