Yeva Mazur (born June 23, 2003) is a Ukrainian women's épée fencer.
She is a four-time NCAA qualifier, two-two-time Honorable Mention All-American, and two-time Junior World Cup winner who competed collegiately for the Ohio State Buckeyes before transferring to Duke for her graduate studies. [1] Internationally, she has represented Ukraine at the European Fencing Championships and World Cadet Championships.
Mazur began fencing as a young child under the tutelage of her father, a professional fencing coach based in Khmelnitsky, Ukraine. She trained with Khmelnitsky Fencing Club and Team Levavasseur before pursuing a collegiate career in the United States.[2] Growing up, she was also the winner of the all-Ukrainian Epee Competition.[3]
At the 2022 FIE Junior World Cup in San Jose, Costa Rica, she won the gold medal in the women's individual epee event.[4] In 2023, Mazur placed 13th at the World University Games in Chengdu, China.[5]
Most recently, Mazur has qualified for the 2026 NCAA Fencing Championships.[6]
