The Sunnyridge 3 is an upcoming British animated comedy-mystery television series created by Stevie Gee and Essy May. The series is slated to premiere on Disney+ and Disney Channel sometime in 2026.[1]

Premise

The Sunnyridge 3 follows Rose, Jeru, and Wayne: three lifelong best friends who investigate strange happenings at the Sunnyridge Mall on the perimeter of suburban London, attempting to learn the truth about robots, A.I., and curses.[2][3][4]

Production

The Sunnyridge 3 was announced on June 13, 2023, at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival,[2][5][6] tapping Liz Whittaker as series director.[7] The series is produced by Blink Industries and Boat Rocker, for Disney EMEA.[4][2][8] The series was originally set to premiere in 2025 according to head writer Jack Bernhardt,[9] but that did not happen. In March 2025, Blue Ant Media purchased certain assets of Boat Rocker Media, including Boat Rocker Studios, which was producing the series at the time.[10][11] In December 2025, Irene Ortega Sanz, a senior layout artist for The Sunnyridge 3, stated that the series would be released in 2026.[12]
