History

The business originated in 2008 as The Partners of The Private Office LLP (TPOLLP), initially operating as an Appointed Representative of Chase de Vere.[2]

In 2011, Advice Champion.co.uk Limited was established as a parent company.[3] The group expanded with the creation of Savings Champion.co.uk, offering cash management and data services.

In 2026, Goldman Sachs Alternatives agreed to acquire a minority stake in the company. had entered into an agreement to become a minority shareholder.[4]

In 2019, the company launched TPO Invest, a wrap platform developed in partnership with Hubwise Securities (acquired by SS&C Technologies in 2022).[9]

In August 2024, TPO announced a strategic investment partnership with Pacific Asset Management.[10]
