editGerber started her career in marketing. She founded NEXT Marketing and Design Agency, working as a single mother. The agency grew to become one of BC's Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies.[1] Clients included Molson Canada, A&W, TELUS, BC Lottery Corporation, and St. John Ambulance.[2]
