Comment: A Wikipedia article should be a neutral summary of what the majority of people who are wholly unconnected with the subject have independently chosen to publish about the subject in reliable publications, (see Golden rule) and not much else. What you know (or anybody else knows) about the subject is not relevant except where it can be verified from a reliable published source. This draft spends most of its time telling us what notable people Shrestha has photographed, but that confers no notability on him; notability is not inherited by professional proximity to other notable figures. It is often easier to prove the notability of a creative work than of a person. If the person is not yet notable, but their work has received multiple in-depth professional reviews, consider writing about the work instead.
