Rechenzentrum (German pronunciation:[rˈɛçənt͡sˌɛntɾʊm], lit. 'Data Centre') is a German IDM band. It was founded in 1997 at Documenta by Marc Weiser and Lillevän Pobjoy. Christian Conrad joined the band as a backing musician, then left in 2004. Lillevän Pobjoy left the project in 2008, which according to Weiser has since been called Rechenzentrum 2.0.[1][2]
