Ramesh Silwal is a Nepali social worker, youth entrepreneur, and author. He is the founder and president of Children Vision Nepal(CVN)चिल्ड्रेन भिजन नेपाल, a non-governmental organization working in child welfare and community development in Nepal. The unveiling took place in front of Gate No. 1 of the Federal Parliament House in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu. The launch event was attended by youth representatives and members of civil society.
