Personal Warehouse is a United States real-estate development company that builds and sells small-bay, owner-occupied industrial condominium units sometimes described as micro-flex or garage-condominium spaces. The company has developed projects in Texas; in June 2025, local media reported a ribbon-cutting for a project in Dripping Springs, Texas [^[1]]. A Colorado project received municipal design-award recognition in 2019 [^[2]].

History

Personal Warehouse was founded in 1999 in Colorado, according to company materials [^[3]]. Early projects consisted of small-bay industrial units intended for owner-occupiers [^[4]].
