Paul Gadney (born May 1967) is a British former professional boxer who competed from 1988 to 1991. Based in Woolwich, London, he competed in the featherweight division.
Amateur Career
editGadney was active in the London amateur circuit during the mid-1980s. He represented local clubs and competed in the London Federation Boys Clubs Boxing Championships, notably appearing in the 82nd championships held at the Cafe Royal in November 1985.
Professional Career
editGadney made his professional debut on 24 February 1988 at the York Hall, Bethnal Green, where he defeated Mark Champney. Throughout his career, he fought primarily in London venues such as the York Hall and the Grand Hall, Wembley.
Notable opponents during his career included future British title challenger Darren Dyer. His final professional bout took place on 10 September 1991 against Peter Judson.
