Oluwadamilare Timilehin Nathaniel (born [1994]), known professionally as King Teemhy, is a Nigerian strategic project management executive, creative operations specialist, and author. He is the founder of the creative agency AVA NEXUS and previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of the proptech firm Miratek Global.[1] He is recognized for his work in creative infrastructure development in West Africa and his focus on "narrative architecture" in digital literature.
Career
editNathaniel founded AVA NEXUS in August 2021 to focus on brand strategy and intellectual property commercialization. In August 2025, he led the expansion of the agency's infrastructure in Lagos, including the launch of a multimedia studio in partnership with Milla Mix and a strategic collaboration with the Academy of Sound Engineering in Johannesburg.[1]
Nathaniel served as the Chief Operating Officer of Miratek Global, where he oversaw the development of Nigeria's first "smart capsule" housing project. The project utilized AI-driven automation and modular construction for sustainable urban living.[2][3]
