Muizz Olakunle Sikiru (born 5 November 2007) is a Nigerian professional footballer who plays as a striker (centre forward) for Lasegski FC, on loan from Musshak FC.[1] Known for his clinical finishing, explosive pace, and extensive goal-scoring record across domestic leagues and cup competitions in West Africa, Sikiru has registered 99 goals in 113 total career appearances.[2][3]
Early Life and Youth Career
editSikiru was born on 5 November 2007 in Nigeria. He developed his early footballing skills within the competitive youth academy structures of Lagos State. During the 2022–2023 season, he competed for Sammy FC Academy. He quickly established himself as a key attacking figure, scoring 19 goals in 22 matches within the State Football Academy League.
During his time with the academy, Sikiru led his side to victory in the Obas Cup—where he emerged as the tournament's top scorer with 7 goals in 6 matches—and secured a runner-up finish in the Alimosho Football Competition, contributing another 5 goals in 6 appearances.
