Leonora Lysglimt-Rødland (born 2006) is a Norwegian baton twirler and model. She won the beauty pageant "Miss Norway 2025"[1] and represented Norway at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand.

Early life
Lysglimt-Rødland was born in Oslo, Norway.[1] She was in Oslo Handelsgymnasium and began baton twirling at the age of seven.[1]

In 2025, she competed at the International Baton Twirling Federation (IBTF) Nations Cup in Turin, Italy, where she won gold in the Twirl Team Senior B category and placed fourth in the Duet B Senior category.[2]
Pageant
She competed in Miss Norway 2025, and became the beauty queen in August 2025.[3] Then, she attended Miss Universe 2025 as the Norway's representative.[4] Her costume for Miss Universe 2025 was characterized by a salmon-based appearance, including scale-like details, fins and a salmon head, which represented the Norway's coastal culture. [5][6][7][8]
In October 2025, she attended the 15th International Film Festival Manhattan in New York. At the event, she received a Junior Achievement Award.[9]
