MentorCity is a cloud-based mentoring software platform used by organisations to manage structured mentoring programmes.[1][2]
The company was founded in 2011 by Shawn Mintz.[2][3]
MentorCity has been used in third-party mentoring initiatives. Materials for the Rural eMentoring BC programme describe MentorCity as the online platform through which participants communicate with mentors and access programme resources.[4] An article by RCCbc on the same programme also referred to MentorCity as the portal used by participants.[5]
