edit- December 26 - A Harbor Airlines Islander crashed 1 mile away from Seattle Tacoma during a snowstorm. The pilot and three passengers died. The cause was a clogged pitot tube.
1975
edit- October 17 - An Aer Arann Islander overran the runway on landing. All people survived, though the aircraft was written off.
1977
edit- December 19 - A Vieques Air Link Islander crashed into the waters off the Atlantic Ocean, near Vieques, Puerto Rico, during a flight from St. Croix to Vieques. 5 of the 10 people died.

1996
edit- May 19 - A Loganair Islander crashed while flying at night. The pilot, who was fatigued was killed, meanwhile the passenger and flight nurse were injured.
1998
edit- December 7 - Air Satellite Flight 501, an Islander pitched up with the flaps still being retracted, tried to return but turned rapidly to the left and crashed into the St. Lawrence River. 7 of the 10 people on board died.
2000s

edit- November 18 - Dirgantara Air Service Flight 3130, an Islander sheared tree tops and crashed into a forest shortly after takeoff. All 18 people survived, but all got injured. The cause was a loss of control due to overloading and pilot error.
2002
edit- November 7 - A Dirgantara Air Service Britten-Norman Islander crashed shortly after takeoff while the pilot tried to land back after an engine failure. 7 of the 10 people on board died.
2005
edit- March 15 - A Loganair Britten-Norman Islander crashed 14 kilometers west-northwest of Campbeltown, Argyll, Scotland. The two people on board died.
- April 6 - LAB Air Service Flight 609, a Britten-Norman Islander had a landing gear collapse on landing at Klawock, Alaska. All people on board survived.
2009
edit- April 2 - A Chemtrad Aviation Britten-Norman Islander crashed in Baggao, Philippines. All 13 people on board died.
- June 7 - A Strait Air Britten-Norman BN-2 Islander crashed on approach to Port Hope Simpson Airport. The pilot is killed.
- August 16 - A Britten-Norman Islander ditched into the sea short of Simon Bolivar International Airport, Venezuela. All nine people survive.
- October 22 - Divi Divi Air Flight 014, a Britten-Norman Islander on a flight from Curaçao to Bonaire ditched in the Caribbean Sea, off Bonaire after an engine failure. The pilot was killed, meanwhile the nine passengers survived.

- October 7 - FlyMontserrat Flight 107, a Britten-Norman Islander crashed at the end of the runway while on takeoff from Antigua and Barbuda. 3 of the 4 occupants died.
2013
edit- January 4 - A Transaereo 5074 Britten-Norman Islander crashed during a flight from Los Roques to Caracas. All six people on board died, including Vittorio Missoni
2014
edit- January 20 - Școala Superioară de Aviație Civilă Flight 111, a Britten-Norman Islander crashed in the Apuseni Mountains, while on a flight from Bucharest to Oradea. 2 of the 7 people on board died.
2016
edit- April 13 - A Sunbird Aviation Britten-Norman Islander crashed after improper loading, engine failure and stall. All 12 people on board died, 9 on impact, 3 on the hospital.
2018
edit- July 28 - Two Britten-Norman Islander aircraft were struck by Air Vanuatu Flight 241 after the aircraft had an engine failure and landed at Port Vila. There were no people on the Islanders, and no deaths occurred.
- December 8 - An Airlines Of Tasmania Britten-Norman Islander crashed in southwest Tasmania, Australia west-southwest of Hobart Airport. The pilot was killed.

- November 13 - An Island Airways Britten-Norman Islander crashed while trying to land at Welke, Michigan. All four people on board died.
2022
edit- February 15 - An Air Flamenco Britten-Norman Islander veered off the runway while landing at Culebra Island, Puerto Rico. All three people on board survived.
