LinkSquares, Inc. is a software as a service (SaaS) company that develops legal workflow software.
History
editLinkSquares was founded in Boston, Massachusetts in 2015 by current CEO Chris Combs and former CEO Vishal Sunak, the latter a cousin of former United Kingdom Prime Minister Rishi Sunak.[1].[2] The pair conceived of the LinkSquares solution while performing manual due diligence work as employees at another SaaS startup, Backupify,[3] which was preparing for acquisition by Datto.[4][5]

editAs of February of 2026, LinkSquares has raised venture capital funding totaling approximately $160 million.[6]

Products
editLinkSquares offers contract lifecycle management solutions[10] that employ artificial intelligence to assist in-house legal departments.[11][12][13] The company initially focused on contract analytics (their "LinkSquares Analyze" solution)[14][2]. Subsequent LinkSquares releases include contract drafting software (Linksquares "Finalize"), e-signature (LinkSquares "Sign"),[15] and project management tools (LinkSquares "Prioritize").[16]
