Korie Hedley (born 2 July 2005) is a British actor, writer and director from Worksop, Nottinghamshire, England. He is known for his work in independent film and theatre, including the short film Social Agony (2023) and the series Cruel Obsession.
Early life and education
editHedley was born in Worksop, Nottinghamshire. He developed an interest in acting during his early school years and became involved in local theatre productions.
A key moment in his early development came when he portrayed Mickey Johnstone in a stage production of Blood Brothers, which led him to pursue acting more seriously.
He later studied at Rotherham College, where he began working on short films and media projects. As of 2024, he is studying acting at University Centre Rotherham (UCR), with his course expected to run until 2027.

editHedley began his career in theatre, appearing in amateur and youth productions. His stage credits include Blood Brothers, Chicago, Punk Rock, and Everybody’s Talking About Jamie (Teen Edition), in which he portrayed Wayne New.
