Floki is Iceland's only single malt whisky, made with Icelandic barley and Icelandic Spring Water.[1] It is sometimes aged in caves in the Hella area of Southern Iceland. Some expressions are made by aging the whiskys with the smoke from Sheep Dung.[2]
