Flo Akinbiyi (1980) is a Nigerian-German international presenter, communication coach, and keynote speaker based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He is known for his work as a master of ceremonies for major global events and his coaching on public speaking and interpersonal communication.[1]
Early life and education Akinbiyi was born and raised in Bavaria, Germany. He grew up in Bad Tölz and has spoken about his experiences navigating a multicultural identity in Germany. He later moved to the United Arab Emirates, where he established his career in media and corporate communications.[2]
Career Akinbiyi began his career in Germany, involving himself in sports and lifestyle events, including flowriding and board sports competitions. He gained early media attention for his participation in events such as the "Endless Peak Surfjam" and various surf-related promotions in Europe.[3]
After relocating to Dubai, Akinbiyi transitioned into professional event hosting and communication coaching. He has served as an MC and moderator for international conferences, including the IAA (International Motor Show), Web Summit past events and booked for 2026[4], and various government and corporate forums in the Middle East.
In addition to his hosting work, Akinbiyi is a communication consultant.
