editEmily Lampkin is the founder and owner of The Lampkin Group. Lampkin began her career in leadership and communications with a role at the National Republican Congressional Committee. From there, Emily joined the Bush Cheney campaign as a regional communications coordinator and traveling aide. This led to jobs at the US Department of Commerce and US Department of Education. Emily left public service and joined DCI as a partner to further her leadership and communications career. After DCI, Emily, a lifelong entrepreneur, formed the Lampkin Group. Later founding the Women Leaders Series, a program that offers workshops, retreats, keynote speeches, and virtual training designed to equip women with practical skills and strategies for leadership success. Her training programs are aimed at helping participants strengthen their personal brand, expand networks, and navigate professional challenges.
She has trained thousands of women worldwide through her workshops and speaking engagements and is known for her pragmatic coaching style.
