Elmer W. Ryan (December 2, 1902 – June 16, 1980) was an American lawyer who served as a justice of the Connecticut Supreme Court from 1966 to 1972.

On July 20, 1966, Ryan and John R. Thim were both sworn in as justices of the state supreme court.^[1]
