Digital Grace exists to serve JOY members by providing free refurbished laptops and technology, enabling connection with loved ones, access to essential services such as telehealth, and opportunities for community engagement. Through this work, we also offer optional faith-based encouragement to bring hope, dignity, and support to those we serve. Digital Grace is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing refurbished laptops, tablets, and computers to JOY members at no cost. Our purpose is to reduce isolation, improve access to telehealth and essential services, and promote digital inclusion while offering optional faith-based resources that provide encouragement and spiritual support. Digital Grace collects donated laptops, tablets, and computer equipment from individuals, businesses, and community partners. Functional devices are refurbished and distributed at no cost to older adults and veterans who lack access to technology.
Each device is prepared to support communication with family and friends, access to telehealth and healthcare services, essential online resources and services, and optional faith-based content for encouragement and spiritual growth. Devices that cannot be refurbished are responsibly recycled, with valuable materials recovered to help sustain the program and reduce electronic waste.
