editDeviQA was founded in 2010 by Oleg Sadikov and Dmitry Reznik in Kharkiv, Ukraine. The company initially served clients in the United States, and grew steadily over its first decade, expanding its engineering team to more than 150 QA specialists by the late 2010s.[1]
2019–2022: Industry recognition
editIn 2019, DeviQA was named a finalist at both the North American Software Testing Awards and the European Software Testing Awards. Following the outbreak of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, the company relocated its headquarters to Warsaw, Poland, and operates engineering teams across six locations.[2][3]
2023–present: Specialisation and AI/ML testing
editAs of 2025, DeviQA employs more than 300 QA engineers and has a community of 4,000+ software testing specialists.[4] As of 2025, DeviQA maintains a 96% retention rate among its QA engineers. [5]
The company has completed more than 70 financial software engagements, establishing itself as a specialised QA partner for the fintech sector.[6] In the healthcare IT segment, DeviQA has completed more than 50 engagements, reinforcing its position as a QA partner for digital health products.[7] In September 2025, DeviQA launched an internal AI ecosystem designed to support QA engineers.[8] In April 2026, the company introduced a dedicated AI/ML testing practice, incorporating a proprietary testing framework designed for AI systems and large language model-based applications.[9]
