Comment: I have checked all the references except the 1972 NY Times one, the communitynewspapers one (404, no archive) and the bisnow one (locked to me). All the ones I can access are passing references to the subject, not significant coverage. The article says the NYT one is about his grandfather, not him. The subject lines of the two I can't access suggests they are similar, but even if they provide significant coverage, this would not be enough to satisfy notability guidelines. David Alexander Schwadron (born April 29, 1957) is an American hospitality entrepreneur and real estate developer based in Florida.
Early life and education
editSchwadron was born in New York, the son of Jack Schwadron, a retail executive, and Marilyn (née Hittner) Schwadron. He is the grandson of Luis Schwadron, a co-founder of Alexander’s Department Store.
His maternal grandfather, Samason Hittner, was referenced in a 1972 article in The New York Times.[1]
He was raised in Great Neck, New York. He attended Great Neck North High School and later attended the University of Miami.
