Naveen Adithya (born 19 July), known professionally as Daffe Naveen is an Indian dancer, choreographer and actor who predominantly works in Tamil cinema. Naveen is the son of choreographer Logu (of Moonwalkerz fame) and the brother of dancer/actor Arun Siddarth, who played a minor role in the films Modern Love Chennai and Madharaasi.

Naveen debuted as a child artist in the Sivakarthikeyan movie, Kaaki Sattai, before rising to fame in his portrayal of Soori in Super Deluxe (film) and a major villain in Phoenix (2025 film), alongside winning the second season of Dance Jodi Dance Reloaded.

Early Life

Naveen was born in Erode, India as the youngest son to parents Logu (a dancer and choreographer) and Premi (a teacher cum Zumba fitness instructor).

Beginning his career as a dancer and model, Naveen has participated in multiple reality shows over 15 years across various Tamil TV channels including Jaya TV, Zee Tamil and Vijay TV.

Naveen completed his higher education at Loyola College in Chennai, graduating with a degree in English Literature.[1]

Career

Initially participating in reality dance shows including Dance Tamizha Dance Little Masters and Kings of Dance season 2, Naveen debuted as a child artist in 2014, portraying the role of a Bengali migrant worker in Kaaki Sattai. He has also acted in the film RK Nagar (film) in a minor role.

Naveen was next seen in succession as Soori in Super Deluxe (film), Button in Master (2021 film), Magizh in Driver Jamuna and Robert in Fight Club (2023 film).

In 2023, Naveen participated in Zee Tamil's reality dance show, Dance Jodi Dance Reloaded 2.0, where he was a judges' favourite. Naveen emerged victorious, winning the combined 10 lakh cash prize alongside Banglorean dancer, Akshatha Balaiah [2]. Naveen rose in popularity and became a household name as a result.

At present, he plays the role of Maatheyan, a short-tempered cricket team captain in the JioHotstar series LBW: Love Beyond Wicket.[3]
