Cornerstone International School was founded on 10 October 1996 as a nursery and primary school. The school was later expanded to include a secondary school on 18 September 2004, allowing it to provide education across nursery, primary, and secondary levels.[1]
Cornerstone International School has been listed among the top 100 schools in Africa based on performance in the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) examinations.[2] The school has also been featured for its efforts to respond to environmental issues In Nigeria.[3]
