Connor Murphy (1993 or 1994 – July 7, 2026) was an American fitness influencer specialising in looksmaxxing content.^[1]

Biography

Connor Murphy began his weightlifting journey at 13 and started uploading fitness videos to YouTube in 2016.^[2]

Murphy studied computational mathematics and economics at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. In a video, he described himself as an "introverted college student" who had been bullied growing up. He also said he wanted to build a career online instead of working a traditional office job.

On July 7, 2026, police in Bang Phli, Thailand, responded to reports of a man behaving erratically at a property. Murphy then ran into a nearby lake before drowning beneath the surface.^[3]^[4]
