editChief Ngungumbane holds 5 degrees to his name.[4]He has a Doctorate Degree in Peace and Governance from the Zimbabwe Open University (ZOU).Chief Ngungumbane is the first Chief in Zimbabwe to have 5 degrees and these degrees are PhD, a master's and three bachelor's degrees in law, Psychology and Honors in Psychology[5]
Chieftainship and leadership
editChief Ngungumbane was appointed as the sixth Chief in the year 2006. He was 32 years on the time of appointment. He was a teacher by profession.[6] Chief Ngungumbane was appointed by the Late President Robert Mugabe. He obtains the chieftainship after the death of Mr Douglas Mkwananzi his father[7]. this Chieftainship was founded by Mhabahaba Mkhwananzi who was established at Entunteni.[8] In 2023 Chief Ngungumbane was voted to be in the senate together with Chief Chireya to represent the Midlands Chiefs Assembly.[9][10][11]
