Carl Rhodes is an Australian academic in business ethics and organization studies. He is Professor of Business and Society at theUniversity of Technology Sydney (UTS) Business School,.[1] and served as Dean from 2021 to 2025.[2]
Academic career
editRhodes has held academic posts at universities in Australia and the United Kingdom, including at Swansea University, the University of Leicester, and Macquarie University.[3].
His research concerns the ethical and political dimensions of corporate activity, including questions of corporate power, democratic accountability, and inequality.
Rhodes serves on the editorial boards of Human Relations,[4] Organization Studies,[5] Organization[6] and the Journal of Business Ethics[7]. He is editor of the book series Routledge Studies in Business Ethics[8].
