Brennan (formerly known as Brennan IT) is an Australian information technology services company described in industry press as a systems integrator and managed services provider.[1][2]

Industry publications have reported Brennan's growth through acquisitions in the Australian IT services sector.

In November 2022, TechPartner reported that Brennan IT completed its acquisition of ASX-listed MOQ Limited for A$23.3 million, with MOQ delisting from the ASX following implementation of the scheme.[2]

In July 2024, ARN reported that Brennan acquired Adelaide-based managed service provider Nuago, expanding its presence in South Australia; financial terms were not disclosed.[1]

In March 2025, ARN and TechPartner reported that Brennan acquired (and/or entered into an agreement to acquire) Canberra-based cybersecurity specialist CBR Cyber, with Brennan stating the acquisition was intended to strengthen cybersecurity capabilities and expand its footprint in government markets.[3][4]
