Baxter Park is located in the town of Frankston South Victoria. Despite the name resmbling the town of Baxter, it officially sits within the area of Frankston South and thereby the Frankston City Council administers the area. The park contains many sporting clubs and recreational area. It has become a local favorite for its accessbility and favorable conditions to walk dogs and exercise.
