In May 2025, Deadline Hollywood reported that Chris Dowling would direct the film from a screenplay by Taylor Grabowsky, Ryan Gunnarson, and Dexter Masland. Matt Cornett, Ramon Reed, and Chris Klein were announced as members of the principal cast, alongside Missi Pyle, Brec Bassinger, Pierson Fodé, Richard T. Jones, and McKaley Miller.[2]

The film was financed by Loam Entertainment and produced with Zero Gravity Management and Narrow Gate Entertainment. The producers included Kristopher Galuska, Chris Fenton, Houston Bradley, Chris Roark, Robert Crotty, and Dowling.[4]

Fathom Entertainment stated that the film was shot at various locations in North Carolina.[4] In separate interviews, Fenton said that production work also occurred in Tennessee and California and estimated that the project employed approximately 1,100 to 1,200 American workers.[5][6]

Christian singer Cory Asbury makes his feature-film debut and contributed an original song to the film.[4]

The film's cinematography was handled by Alexander Rivera, with editing by Chris Witt and music composed by Grant Fonda.[7]
