Ashik Nizar is a Sri Lankan entrepreneur and corporate executive. He holds executive leadership positions across several commercial sectors in Sri Lanka, most notably serving as the Managing Director of Bluefield Tea Gardens, a director at the Jananam Indo Lanka Fertility Centre, and the managing partner of the automotive dealership Luxury Motors.

Career

Agribusiness and Sustainable Farming

Nizar began his corporate career within the Sri Lankan plantation and agricultural export sectors. He serves as the Owner and Managing Director of Bluefield Tea Gardens, a major 100-acre tea cultivation estate and agritourism hub situated in Ramboda, Nuwara Eliya.

In addition to Bluefield, Nizar is the Managing Partner of the Needwood Tea Factory. Under his management, the facility achieved historical agricultural distinction by operating as the world’s first internationally certified organic tea factory. His agricultural portfolio also includes executive oversight as the Managing Director of the Galaboda Estate.

Healthcare Sector

In January 2019, Nizar diversified into the private medical sector by becoming a Director of the Jananam Indo Lanka Fertility Centre. Located in Colombo 03, the specialized healthcare facility operates advanced labs focusing on In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), genetic testing, and premium reproductive health care infrastructure in Sri Lanka.

Automotive Industry

Nizar operates within the luxury and pre-owned vehicle trade in Sri Lanka as the Managing Partner of Luxury Motors, a role he assumed in February 2019. The venture focuses on automotive retail, trade logistics, and consumer vehicle distribution.
