Air Atlantic Cargo was a Nigerian-based cargo airline that operated from 1994 to 2000.[1] The airline gave the Boeing 707 another chance to fly and flew to many cities.
History
editAir Atlantic Cargo was founded in 1994 using Boeing 707-300 freighters basing it's operations out of Lagos.[2] It operated Boeing 707 and AN 24 aircraft.[3] It's AN 24 had "Phoenix Avia" titles and may have veered off of the runway in Dire Dawa.[4] In 2000 the airline joined the list of 130 airlines of Nigeria that went bankrupt within 64 years. The airline left almost no trace as a result of its demise outside of images.
Fleet
