Agillic A/S is a Danish software company headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark. The company offers an omnichannel marketing automation platform (SaaS) that enables organisations to manage and automate customer communication across digital channels. The platform allows organisations to activate customer (first party) data to deliver personalised communication through multiple channels such as email, SMS, landing pages, mobile applications, and websites.
History
editAgillic was founded by Carsten Hyldahl in 1999, and listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark in 2018. Since its establishment, the company has expanded its platform and client base in the Nordic region and several European markets.
In 2018, Agillic received the award for Best E-commerce Tool (E-handelsprisen) from Dansk Erhverv. The award recognised the platform as efficient and user-friendly, providing businesses with tools to enhance personal customer relationships. The jury described the company's solutions as internationally competitive, with significant growth potential both in Denmark and abroad.
Agillic's total revenue was DKK 60.18 million in 2024. In 2025, the company was approved as a supplier under SKI's (The National Procurement Ltd., Denmark) framework agreement for standard software, enabling public institutions to enter contracts with Agillic. In November 2024, Christian Samsø was appointed CEO (chief executive officer).
