360 ONE Wealth is an Indian wealth management company headquartered in Mumbai, India.[1][2] It was rebranded from IIFL Wealth Management to 360 ONE Wealth in November 2022.[3][4][5][6]
History and background
editThe company was incorporated on 17 January 2008 as IIFL Wealth Management Limited,[7] a subsidiary of IIFL Holdings.[3][4] It initially operated under a commission-based structure before transitioning to a fee-based advisory model.[4][5] The firm later adopted a trail commission model and implemented a fee-based platform for investment products before the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) introduced regulations prohibiting upfront commissions.[5][4][8]
In October 2015, General Atlantic acquired a 21.6% stake in the company.[4][9]
In March 2022, Bain Capital acquired an approximately 25 per cent stake in the parent company.[10] In 2025, the company entered into an exclusive strategic collaboration with UBS. As part of the collaboration, 360 ONE acquired UBS’s onshore wealth management business in India, and UBS acquired warrants for a 4.95% stake in 360 ONE.[11]
In 2025, the company also finalised the acquisition of the Indian brokerage house Batlivala & Karani Securities India (B&K Securities) and its unit B&K Finserv. B&K Securities became a wholly owned subsidiary of 360 ONE.[12]
Later in the year, B&K refreshed its brand identity and began operating under the new public brand 360 ONE Capital.[13]
Services
edit360 ONE Wealth consists of investment advisory, product distribution, lending, and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and family offices. The parent company manages assets across public and private equity, private credit, and real assets.[14] International operations in the United States, Canada, Dubai, and Singapore facilitate cross-border investment structures.[14] Assets under management totaled approximately ₹7.11 lakh crore in December 2025.[15]
