The 2026–27 Arizona Wildcats women's basketball team represents the University of Arizona during the 2026–27 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Wildcats are led by second-year head coach Becky Burke. This is the Wildcats' 53rd season at the on-campus McKale Center in Tucson, Arizona and 3rd season as a member of the Big 12 Conference.

Previous season

The Wildcats finished the 2025–26 season with a record of 12–18, 3–15 in Big 12 play. The Wildcats lost in the first round of the Big 12 tournament to Arizona State.
