Juan-Martín Aranguren and Juan-Francisco Spina were the defending champions[1], but both chose to not participate this year. This was the first year the tournament was part of the ATP Challenger Tour.[2] Juan Pablo Brzezicki and David Marrero defeated Daniele Bracciali and Simone Vagnozzi in the final 7–6(7-5), 6–3[3]
