History
editThe groundbreaking ceremony took place on March 10, 2005.[2]
In 2020, like all the church's others, the Curitiba Brazil Temple was closed for a time in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.[3]
Design and architecture
editThe temple is on an 8.15-acre plot in the Campo Comprido district of western Curitiba,[4] The landscaping around the temple has a large water feature, gardens, and numerous trees.[5]
