This is a maintenance category to track file uploads made with the WP:File Upload Wizard that are claimed to be in the public domain under user-supplied justifications other than the standard {{PD-US-expired}}, {{PD-URAA}}, {{PD-ineligible}} or {{PD-USGov}} scenarios. These public domain claims may be in need of review.

Files whose public domain status has been verified by an experienced user may be removed from this category.
