The canton of Rouen-1 is an electoral district of the Seine-Maritime department, in northern France. It elects two departmental counselors sitting in the Departmental Council of Seine-Maritime. It was created at the French canton reorganisation which came into effect in March 2015. It is entirerly located in Rouen.[3]
