Brazergoline (INNTooltip International Nonproprietary Name; synonym Luvion) is a drug described as a sympatholytic, antihypertensive, and vasodilator of the ergoline family which was never marketed.[1][2][3][4] It was reportedly investigated as a component of a condom with penile erection-promoting effects and as a potential treatment for female sexual dysfunction.[4] The drug was first described in the literature by 1976.[1]
