The Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Act 1963 (c. 2) was an act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom that consolidated enactments relating to betting, gaming, lotteries and connected matters in Great Britain.[1]

Subsequent developments
editThe whole act was repealed by section 356(3)(f) of the Gambling Act 2005, which came into force on 1 September 2007.[3]
